1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ArogyaQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

ArogyaQ is a digital hospital queue and OPD token booking technology platform. Patients can book tokens, view live queue status, receive token slips, and track their turn. Hospital staff and administrators use ArogyaQ to manage queues, doctors, token verification, and related payments.

ArogyaQ is not a hospital, clinic, doctor, pharmacy, emergency service, or medical advice provider. Medical consultation, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, and hospital services are provided only by the listed hospital or doctor.

4. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate personal and medical information during booking
Arrive at the hospital within a reasonable time of your token being called
Do not share your token slip or verification code with others for fraudulent purposes
Do not attempt to manipulate queue positions or exploit system features

5. Hospital Responsibilities

Hospitals must hold valid government-issued licences to practice medicine
Hospitals are responsible for the accuracy of doctor, timing, and fee information
Hospitals are responsible for honouring valid tokens and handling medical service delivery
ArogyaQ may review onboarding documents and suspend hospitals that provide false or expired details
ArogyaQ is a platform provider, not a healthcare provider

6. Payments & Fees

Consultation fees are set by hospitals. A separate platform convenience fee is added at checkout and shown before payment. The total payable amount includes the hospital consultation fee plus the platform fee. Online payments are processed through approved payment gateway partners. ArogyaQ does not store card, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials.

ArogyaQ is not responsible for disputes between patients and hospitals regarding medical service quality, diagnosis, treatment, or doctor availability. For payment or token issues, contact ArogyaQ support with the token number and payment reference.

8. Emergency & Medical Disclaimer

ArogyaQ is not meant for medical emergencies. In an emergency, call local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately. Queue position and estimated waiting time are approximate and may change due to hospital operations, emergency cases, doctor availability, or staff action.

9. Limitation of Liability

ArogyaQ provides a technology platform and is not liable for medical outcomes, hospital quality, or doctor availability. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the relevant transaction.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in courts of Bidar, Karnataka.
